remembering

it was a cold rainy day

a visit to the dentist

i went to the dentist today for the first time in like 3-4 years. i got the usual brushing/flossing lecture, was pointed out 5+ cavities, and apparently i need my last remaining wisdom tooth pulled. (for some odd reason i only had 3 of them removed.) need to make a few more trips to the dentist to get everything done. at least the ubc plan covers most of it. (harvard didnt have an inclusive dental plan, i think you needed to apply separately)

party and stuff

so yesterday we celebrated my/josh's b-day at josh's place. it was also a housewarming party for josh and warabe. most of the ppl there were josh's friends so lots of ppl i didn't know. all in all it was a fun party - went thru the alcohol pretty fast.

today is my actual b-day, but unfortunately must study for midterms. don't feel quite 26 yet.

mid-midterms

3 down, 2 more to go. didn't do very well on the last 2, including the one today. oh well.

b-day is coming up, so will take a break from studying.

midterm season

an influx of midterms starting this week. trying hard to ride the waves.

my new laptop has been in repair for 3 weeks now and i'm frustrated. (typing this on my 4-yr-old laptop, which is dog-slow and i can't get any work done on it.)
